I use to love this business. Very easy to work with! That was until a new manager took over. Rude and very nasty. If you are able check out other storage centers.
Calling homeless people tryin to back on there feet nuisances... While trying to invade privacy ... To the point of wanting to seach my belongings.... N right b4 my bday to... Moving to a different place asap..... Hope God forgives them....
MMFWACL, Falling short of meeting your expectations is not to the standards we strive to achieve. We have policies and procedures in place to protect all of our tenants. The storage units are intended for storing items. We are sorry that we were not able to serve your needs.

Fantastic Fantastic I love Kim and Emily. Been with My storage centerbrook location for 2 years now . Very professional very supportive in what I was going through . Kim has always Interacted with my children . Always checks on me when I'm on the property. kim is by far the best Employee I have ever had to service me. Emily has always was been Wonderful in service and in just communicating in person and over the phone she very fast smart and up to date on pricing and and other information.
