By far this is the worse storage facility, seek storage elsewhere. The manger is rude and I’ve complained several times and come to find out the district manager because they are friends is even worse . And idk why but iPhone can record conversations so talking crazy to this customer was not a good idea. This storage facility can be accessed even if you have no unit .they don’t care if you are a government employee who was furlough. And if it affects you paying the storage unit..

I'm only giving 1 star for the boxes & tape given to me to repack my belongings that were infested with termites. Yes, termites. As for being compensated for the professional cleaning of my furniture that had mold damage, due to moisture …

I could not access the storage as I would have liked I was there a week. Also very expensive for the size. I have gawn to another less cost, bigger, closer to my home and the people welcomed me I did feal welcome almost like I was an inconvenience. I have no problem taking my money elsewhere when I'm not treated like a good paying customer. I may have looked a little rough that day but I'm retired Navy, own a tree service and a convince snack truck that does very well. I hope you treat your future customers better.

Update: I moved out of this unit at the end of April. Upon unpacking the unit, every cardboard box was soaked from condensation due to lack of proper climate control which is what I paid extra for. I also had mold on both of my couches from …

I’ve been using this storage facility for the past two years, and overall, my experience has been very positive! I’ve never had any issues with pests, leaks, or damage, and everything has stayed in great condition. Access to the unit is super easy, it always feels safe when I’m on the property. Pricing has been fair for the value, and i’ve only had one rate increase, that was reasonable and clearly communicated in advance. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the suffolk area!
