Broke furniture. Won’t return phone calls. The 3 guys he sent took smoke breaks every 30 minutes. Very unprofessional. Do not use.
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience, partially due to a miscommunication, but nevertheless unacceptable. I was not effectively communicated with and it cost me $1000 more than I originally agreed on paying. Moreover, a jar of money went missing in the move and has not turned up since. I gave the business ample opportunity to make things right and they did not. I have higher expectations around communication than this business implemented and would not use their services again.

Worst experience ever!!! Didn’t put beds back together. Lost hardware to one bed and I had to go to several stores for a week looking for the hardware. NO ONE from moving company did anything to fix this problem. Also left part of railing to another bed on the moving truck and after several texts and phone calls I received it a week later. Also all the cords to my couch were tangled up underneath. I ask for some money back since I was the one doing what they should have done to make this correct.

They moved us in September. I bought the “extra insurance” from them. I have yet to get my claim resolved from the damages. I have called numerous times. The guy that answers is always kind but the “owner” never calls me back. Really irritating, I have given them ample time to make things right. Movers were efficient and helpful.

Way too expensive. Missing items, had to leave items behind because too small a truck was sent. Did not set up all furniture. They never came to my home to evaluate my possessions to know what size truck to send
They move 3 different houses (domino closings) and we all had major problems with damages. Just heard of another person who just uses them and has realm problems. P

Jarel & Tee did an incredible job moving my wife & I across McNairy County. They were able to have everything moved in under four hours! (two stories!) I couldn’t possibly be more pleased with their professionalism, their ability, and their joy in the work. I would absolutely recommend them to any and everybody.
