DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I encourage you if you are considering using this services to read the following: This is the worst experience with any business I have had in my entire 24 years of life. We scheduled two weeks in advance for an 8am move. The movers did not show up until 3:40pm. By the time the movers showed up we had moved everything three 24 year old females could move. We had to be out of the old apartment by 5:00pm.

Wouldn’t recommend this moving company at all. This company broke my TV and is refusing to accept any responsibility whatsoever. They didn’t even offer to cover a portion of what it will cost me to replace the TV. I was told that the “free” insurance would cover the amount of items I had them move, but the story changed after I reported the damage. The manager gave me the run around for a couple of weeks before telling me there was nothing they could do, so I asked to speak to the owner.

I have moved many times and this is the first time I have had to write a bad review. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I booked this company 3 weeks before our move and told them I had a lot of things and would need 2 days. Everything sounded great, they would disassemble the furniture and bring supplies. Good prices for 3 men. My husband was there the first day with them and they loaded mostly boxes and some furniture. They broke my desk and I still have not been reimbursed for it.

This company did a local move for us in May 2025. I paid for the 100% replacement insurance because we have several antique large pieces of furniture. The antique china cabinet with leaded beveled glass doors were damaged. I promptly contacted the company to report the damages. After repeated calls I was finally sent a damage claim form. On the bottom of that form it states that it will take 7-10 business days. It has been almost 2 months now. There is no communication from the company regarding my claim.

They broke two pieces of furniture. A chair to a table set never made it. So now I have a table with only three chairs. They claim to have no idea what happened to it, although I am absolutley certain it was packed on the truck. I imagine that they broke it and were trying to hid it from me. I purchased the extra insurance for $100.00. I attempted to use the insurance to cover the two broken items and the third missing item. They instructed me to send them pictures and they would process the claim.

If you just have them move your things they are ok but I do not recommend them to pack. They are terrible packers. Boxes that were packed at the beginning were not taped well and many of the boxes fell apart by the time they got to the destination. They also got in a hurry at the end of the packing and loading into the truck just packing anything they could into anything they could fit it into. While unpacking I’m finding things that were just thrown together without any thoughts of keeping like items together.

My ex wife hired this company to move furniture out of my house. They scratched my door and my floor. It was like the was inexperienced. And tried justify it by saying she wanted move quickly in two days. That does not justify property damage. It was only a living set and bedroom set. Please do not use this company. When I talked to the sales rep (Laura) she hung up on me. Very unprofessional
