I should have known when the kid used my grandfather's antique trunk for a ladder. I thought paying more meant better service. Nope. Polite and nice but COMPLETELY unprofessional. My boxes arrived with HOLES in them! Trucks were sloppy, no accounting for boxes (another clue I should have heeded - I have NEVER had a mover not count boxes!) So many broken items. Never had such a bad experience. Avoid them at all costs. Trust me, I could go on and on. UNPROFESSIONAL!

The workers were young but very polite. The packers and movers seemed to be in a rush and did not take the care they should have with my furniture. They packed the truck improperly and therefore was unable to carry everything without damage. I had a small cabinet with bent damaged drawer pull. A rung on my dining room chair was broken several dents and dings. The workers crammed, pushing and shoving the boxes and furniture so the door would close.

They recently packed and moved contents of our house after a house fire. Many fragile and glass items were poorly packed and handled carelessly. Our cleaning company told us they personally witnessed Move Pro workers packing boxes with the arrows pointing upside down/the wrong way so then the boxes were "handled" upside down. They used paper to pack fragile and glass items which seems absurd to me.

My grandma just used these guys, she wanted all her stuff in her shed moved , and there was some totes, bookshelves, a desk and several boxes full of misc things and they refused to get any of it. Said they weren’t “contractually obligated.” They refused to screw in her headboard for her and she had to shell out 500$ to these guys and now it’s not even finished.
Ever peace had marks some bad. I had labeled where they went. Half was not in right room. They did not need 2 trucks. But put a few in second truck. So charged me for 2. To go only 6 miles.charged me $2517.50. I sure would not use them again.that is to much for one truck and only 6 miles.

I do not recommend this moving company at all. I had 3 men and a truck . They moved a two bedroom townhouse to a house in humboldt that was 20 minutes away. It seems like they milked the time , so it took 4 1/2 hours! Two men were moving …

Hired them to move us. They were on time and very professional, but also very friendly. It actually took two trips and on the second trip we got a report that our power was out so when we got there, one of the movers jumped the back fence for us and was able to get in the house. I highly recommend them for your next move.
