Andy with Top Hat will speak a good game to reel you in, but the moving crew could care less how they treat your possessions. Suppose to send 6 movers and only 5 showed up. One of those was on his phone the majority of the time. Broke some of our antiques and didn’t care. Oh they did send a check to cover repairs—what a joke that was! First and last time to use them. I’m going back to West TN Moving & Storage. They will take care of your things and do a great job with no worries.
A guy named Tracy claims he the owner and is very unprofessional these people came into my work and was cussing at us, if this is how the employees are I wouldn’t wanna do business with them.
Update: sadly i can not give the high rating i thought..after such an overwhelming move, after going through my items delivered i found items that were extremely valuable,not just financially but sentimental more so,are gona but also i feel …

I didn’t have the time or energy after a long work day to transport a storage unit full of household items and furniture. These guys got everything moved out, hauled across town and unloaded into my garage in under 2 hours. I would like to see their dollies equipped with more padding. Even just some pool noodles and duct tape. Overall highly recommended. Saved me HOURS of time! Thank you TOP HAT!
