Very unprofessional they decide when they want to open the gate. They do not have a set time at all but claim one. We are paying them to store our stuff is not the other way around they should also have a bit more of class on how they treat customers when it comes hoards the property manager. We pay for your checks is not the other way around. With out customers you guys will be out of business.

After 10 months of paying to keep Our things safe in a secured storage facility, I traveled over 2,000 miles to get My things...to see that our storage was robbed.... everything is gone except the heavy stuff. Wtf

Too expensive i moved across the street. For the same price i got a unit double in size. The staff needs to b more helpful and property is ghetto.

This a a friendly respectful Very clean professional self storage I take customer service to a high standard in business and these guys know exactly how it's done Thank you. I do have a complaint. We pay storage and gate hours are 6 am -8pm why is the bathroom locked for customers. We are already in challenging situations, bathroom shouldn't be locked between gate hours .that's the purpose of having a site manager. I pay two storages why do I have to question the bathroom. Rent is paid.

I have used several different storage places all over town ,even in Temecula and banning. This is by far my absolute favorite, the staff has always been helpful. They take the time to actually listen when someone talks to them. I have never had a single issue and I have been at this storage for a very long time now. I would not take my business anywhere else.
