Licensed contractor still Owed money by an American storage. Manager Mike is a drug addict. Had us do work then took 1 month plus to pay. Issued a chargeback on our credit account after receiving full refund for same Transaction. Harassed us saying appliances were not working which were so far from our responsibility it became harassment. I would not do any work for these people unless you like working for free.

Mike was awesome, he made closing out the storage unit super easy and simple even open the gate for me before I even was coming in twice and opened it for me when I was leaving. One of the most courteous places I've. One of the most courteous places I've ever stored things at. And because these were my old roommates belongings, he even printed me the form to have my old roommate sign off ownership of the items because he said they were trashed. So I would be legally covered.

The young man at the desk was very sweet and helpful, and he swept out the extremely tiny unit. The 25$ a month fee is actually after the first month. The first month adds an admin fee of 15$, so you really pay 40$ for the first month and 25$ for the remaining months if you don’t purchase insurance (12$) . I also paid for a lock ($15).

I have been using storages for 20 plus years and never have I came across a more stand up manager as I have here at this location. Mike is the nicest, most helpful worker I’ve encountered. I would recommend this place to everyone. Mike the manager bends over backwards to help you.
