In their own words
I have been with A&M storage for 3 years and never had I had a problem until yesterday when I was moving my things out. Their gate hit my car. The office assistant was very unprofessional rude and show no concern of the damages done to my car.
If you miss a payment they will cut the lock off that they have you pay for and it's not cheap and go through your stuff to sell not happy with them
Started renting. After 1 month they increased the monthly rate by 18%! Due to "increased operational cost". Will be looking for somewhere new.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I have used them on and off over the years and they've always been friendly and accommodating
Ms Lynn and Ms Tenya are truly America's Sweethearts. The love and care and attentiveness Ms. Lynn showed me throughout the entire process of acquiring one of their storage units was STELLAR!! I appreciated her vibe on the phone, our conversation made me look NO FURTHER!! HER PERSONALITY LET ME KNOW I WANTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY 😁😁😁 MONEY CANT BUY THAT!! I thought I was looking for the "cheapest" place...but I don't know if I found it that doesn't matter to me!
I had to park a 16ft trailer here. For the price I paid I would 100% return. If you need your vehicle or just a parking spot for something I would go with them.
The office Ladies are very nice and welcoming. There rates are the best around! This is definitely the place to get storage in Valdosta! 😁 …
