I don't recommend this place because they raise their prices without even letting the customers know. The manager is incredibly rude! I don't recommend this storage facility; they're shameless, and the manager is disrespectful. They raise the price without informing you. The Dominican manager is disrespectful and lacks the ethics to be a manager, as he claims!

I can’t for the life of me figure out how this place stays in business with operating hours from 8 AM to 5:45 PM. That’s insane as a small business owner that stores their extra overflow gear here I either need access in the evenings to drop off and reload or access early in the morning before I hit the road. I have two other storage facilities one in South data of 2/16 and one in North Miami and both of them have remote access till 10 PM and starting at 6 AM.

Be advised that this place closes at 6 PM week days according to what is posted on their website and front door. However, they lock the gates and won't allow you entrance aft er 5:45 PM . This is highly annoying and misleading. If you have a job, you might find it difficult to stop by your unit. Sundays they close at 3 PM, but the reality is probably 2:45. Hopefully you will be free Saturday. otherwise you will be screwed.

How disrespectful to tell the unit owners that we can access our units from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m yet when we arrive the gates are closed since 5:40 p.m. and the gates aren't open at 8 a.m. either. Update your times if they've changed! Dont waste peoples ti

Every 6 months they raise your rent. They told me it would only be raised once and no more than that and that was a lie. I'm getting sick and tired of this place. I'm getting ready to take my stuff out of there and give them the finger.

This is the worst storage facility I’ve ever encountered. They’re hours of operation and restricted access to your storage should have been emphasized when renting a unit from them. I do not recommend a+mini storage to anyone.
Hi Jason, we are sorry you are unhappy with the hours; we offer extended hours at other locations from 5 am to 9 pm. However, at this store, we are open M-Sat 8 am - 6 pm and Sun 9 am -4 pm. Please let us know if you would like to move to another location so we can make the arrangements.
