I just have to say that I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Dynamic Auto Movers and the driver from Transcar Xpress LLC that was assigned to pick up and deliver my vehicle from Florida to Washington when relocating for a travel assignment. I was flexible when my delivery was made 5 days later than expected (16 days total), because I understand things can happen on the road. The driver didn't communicate their delay until I messaged them to confirm that they were delivering on the expected date.
I do not recommend this company at all. Jack the broker for the company got my attention with a low bid, I wanted to save as much money as possible so against my better judgment I went with this company. I told him that I like to be involved and in contact and not left out of the loop. I gave him the go ahead on a Wed, did not hear from him at all. On Monday I called Jack and he said the problem is where the pick up is it is not near a major city so no drivers want to take it.
I had a terrible experience with this company on shipping my 1967 mustang. Working with the agent Nelson, he told me he would be able to have my classic car shipped from NY to CA in 7 days for a reasonable price of $1800. So I booked with him on Tuesday, come Friday he says that he has bad news for me :( and that 2 drivers he has have doubled in price for $3,800.. I was not expecting to have to pay this much cash to have my car moved to my new home.

I dealt with Mario he was so unprofessional I had to contact him after we agreed to go with them initially he was condescending rude unprofessional and spoke to me extremely demeaning when I contacted him to ask when my car would be picked up because I was told a day and then that truck apparently broke down, two days went by with not a word from him so I contacted him and I have never been spoken to so poorly his customer service is horrible and the company would probably be better off without him, if they try to…

Wrapped up the second vehicle that i hired Dynamic Auto Movers to ship cross country for me and it arrived safe and sound. Tony and Daniel are both top level professionals and did their best to find me the best deal hands down for a not so common cross country route. Highly recommend working with them and i will continue to use them for any transports in the future.

I rarely write reviews, but Dynamic Auto Mover truly earned this one. They arranged transportation for our vehicle from Texas to California, and unfortunately the carrier that transported the vehicle delivered it with damage. While the transportation company became difficult to reach and unresponsive, the owner of Dynamic Auto Mover stepped in personally and refused to let the issue fall through the cracks. What impressed me most was their commitment to making things right.
