I had a very disappointing experience with Alex Moving. When I unpacked my TV last Sunday, I noticed it didn’t have corner protectors, which raised some concerns. But it wasn't until today that I turned on the TV and discovered it had been damaged on one of the corners. I contacted the person in charge, who supposedly has insurance for situations like this. First, they claimed it had been over a week and that my TV was protected with corner guards.

Janice left me a voicemail to call her regarding my delivery that was on a 2 hour delay. She left no phone number to call. I spent 2 hours attempting to research and contact a human at Lowe’s to find out how to reach her. Then when I do finally reach her, she says my delivery won’t be here today. NO CALL NO UPDATE… I had to call them to find this out. She tells me the earliest time is Monday but can’t give me a time. I hang up with her and call Lowe’s only for them to tell me it’s still in SC!

I wouldn't suggest anyone do business with Alex because he is not trust worthy and VERY unprofessional! You will end up with wasted time and money using his services

I just spoke with Alex , and asked him the only fair thing to do because your insurance is not responding , they are not taking responsibility for the claim it’s only fair thing that you should cover my deductible , deduct it from the drivers pay ! And his response was I am so sorry that is why people have insurance . Alex I Am Very Sorry For you Too ! I paid you that day because you did the work , I did the right thing , after the move I could of said “ you know what ?
We are very sorry want happened. Our insurance will cover all your damage from your vehicle.
I wish I could write a good review but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I hired them to move a very small office and paid $400 for 90 minutes of work. The movers literally broke, dented, or scratched nearly all my furniture. They obviously dropped the top part of my credenza and cracked it. Then they stood the bottom part of the credenza on its end to get it through a doorway without laying down a blanket first. This resulted in damaging the entire right side.

Be careful, this guy asks you for a deposit. Then, on moving day, employees send a video to the owner saying that moving is much more than what they expected and try to renegotiate the rate to the double (but same time on budget and same employees). I personally agreed because of my moving emergency, after paying double, I received a phone call saying I will be charge for extra hours, I agreed again, employees asked me to sign an order accepting they are working from 1.5 hours ago.
Leonardo be honest went you tell a moving company what you have to move. second you are not being honest what you are posting in this review. . Don't try to hire 2 man to do a full house of furniture for the price of 40 boxes and 2 mattress .
They ruin a brand-new $600 dresser and the owner kept telling me he was going to send somebody to refinish it and repair it. It has been more than a month and I gave up chasing them but I certainly want to do my part to tell everyone never to use Alex movers and I'm putting this on Facebook also they don't deserve the business

We hired Alex Movers approximately one week prior to our move. The required a deposit and with fingers crossed I sent it. On Monday with the move scheduled the driver called to let me know he was en route to my condo. Fernando introduced himself as well as the other two helpers. I cannot express how polite they were. In a difficult world that we have become I always appreciate people that are polite and kind. The three of them worked diligently and asked questions to ensure a smooth move. Not a minute wasted.
