In their own words
I’m currently sitting at Pilot gas station and one of their employees practically gave me the finger after pushing past me to get gas. So it’s without question that I’ll never call a company with such rude employees for service. It was a silver/grey sedan, guy was white, baseball cap over short hair, with company phone on his belt, and wearing a company T-shirt.
their flatbed tow truck winch cable broke and the car they were towing rolled off, hit a semi truck.. they have known issues with their winch cables and its happened before according to their driver... dont use them... owner was a dbag.. going viral on reddit also..
I called this shop for an air leak they told me mechanic should be at the tuck in 45 minutes to an hour after 3 hours I called them I spoke to a lady. she said that the mechanic was at another call and was waiting for the costumer to pay. so I questioned her why they told me 45 minutes and it was more than 3 hours already. she just said I will cancel the call. it was unproffessional. They could just have call and said they were running late
They rip you off severely ( steal ) and lie for when roadside will show up. They said 45 to 65 mins they will be there and it took over 5 hours.Original price was to be 889.00 then when I called back to see where they are price went to 1440.89. This was for 2 standard tires. I ended up with people and 2 animals with extreme heat stroke.. Also they never call you back like they say they will.
Kimberly, I have tried researching this matter with the prices in which you gave and your name. I have not found either in our system. What date were you needing assistance? Please feel free to call our office and I will be more than happy … More
Takes my bike from private property where the establishment obviously paid dor tbe tow. I have cops tell me no idea 3 days later a different cop tells me he knows its been towed here. I call the bill is already over 3 hundred dolkars and i have to wait tull next day anyway xause there not open tiday but they stilk charging ne for day.
Buyer beware: They replaced an axle on my camper a few years back. They not only put the wrong axle on but charged me double what they estimated it to be. Never called to let me know it was going to cost me more, they just went ahead and …
They said we can fix your truck and they charge me 3800 after all of that I just towed my truck to another shop never let them touch your truck.

In their own words
We were traveling from Cali to northern AZ and ran out of gas literally in the middle of no gas 50 minutes each way. We originally called another tow company the tow wiz and paid a lot of money for 4 gallons and was told would be an hour, at exactly the hour mark the company calls back and says they can't come till 9am the next day we ask for our money back but of course will take 3-5 business days to refund.
Amazing guys, very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Great price, beat AAA by a lot! And they were available on a Sunday. We were stuck in an RV on the shoulder of a busy interstate. Pretty dangerous. They came, hooked up and dropped us off at a hotel and then dropped the rv at a repair shop. They were great!
A2Z Towing was very responsive and stayed in contact with us the entire time of service from start to finish. Joe, the delivery was great to work with! Definitely was the best part of our time brokedown. Thanks Joe for you kindness and Help!
I love this family owned business. It's hard to find an ethical business in small town towing. I've lived in Quartzsite for years and I've never seen another business who treats their customers and employees with such care, concern, and fairness with pricing. I would recommend their service hands and feet above all their competitors!!
