The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 81.8% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 9.1% | |
| 3 star | 1 | 9.1% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 6 four and five star reviews we have read for In Store Secure Self Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
The manger is awesome, he gave us the online pieces. We had no issues and the unit was clean and paperwork was quick and easy. Loved the gated entrance hours.
In Store Secure Self Storage offers small to huge storage units. Indoor and outdoor RV/Boat storage available. Staff is very helpful. Moving dollies are available free for use on site. Units are clean, and climate-controlled units are available. 24-hour access. Office hrs 9-5. Two locations in Quartzsite.
I highly recommend this for your storage needs... With the 24 security and gated doors and new storage buildings I was very satisfied and impressed.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
