I do not know about the indoor facility, but be warned about the outdoor 24 hrs drive up. The gate has only been opening from the outside and they have been stranding customers locked up inside the fence. I myself got trapped late on New Years Eve and when I called the emergency number I got no answer. After waiting for over 5 mins for a return call I had no option to open the gate manually, for which they evicted me! They did reimburse me my Jan rent, but did not give me my deposit back!

I came here to rent a small drive-up storage unit. When I got there during regular business hours, the doors were locked. A customer who had entered through Ironwood Outpost let me in, but when I entered, there was no staff there, and it was hot inside. The customer and staff at Ironwood told me I have to call the number on the door, so I did. I spoke with a staff member and he informed me that the only drive-up units were at the other location behind the Arco gas station on Riggles.

Nothing secure about no employees on site. If they don't even feel secure enough to be there, why should customers? Update due to owner's paranoid response: Nearly every other storage facility in America has an employee at the counter/office ready to assist customers. I don't know where this owner studied business management, but it certainly wasn't focused on the customer experience. There's only two reasons to not have an employee ready and waiting where customers can walk right in and talk to them anytime.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with In-Store Secure Self-Storage in Quartzsite. Sylvester was excellent at communicating — super responsive, super professional — really we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and seamless business relationship. If we have any storage needs in the future, they will be our first call for sure! Oh, and did I mention they even had dollies we could use for move in and move out and brooms so we could clean up after ourselves…really thoughtful touches.

I had a very positive experience with In-Store storage. The sign up process was easy, and the rent was affordable. The storage unit itself was in great condition, it looked brand new, the door slid up and down smoothly, and there were no signs of any critters at all. Paying the monthly rent was fast and simple. I just vacated my unit, and ending the rental was just as easy as when I signed up. Bonus feature: the camel gate is pretty awesome.
