Let me first start out by saying a company is judged by the employees they hire to represent them to the public. Usually when leasing a storage facility you expect a clean, well lit and secure facility to store your keepsakes. However, it is an added bonus when you have the opportunity to meet a manager who is personable, and is totally committed to making your experience as smooth as possible under all different circumstances. I have not previously met any one as professional, and responsive as manager Autumn.

Awesome customer service!! Very affordable, clean, secure, and pest free. They offer inside and outside units. I had to change my unit size before moving in, and was able to do so easily, and without any issues. Autumn is personable and very helpful. She rocks! Would highly recommend this storage facility.
