There is much to improve at the Hwy 93 Big Red Barn location. Video surveillance revealed my unit was broken into, yet staff could/would not tell me if my property was taken. There is a rat infestation that damaged several invaluable items I can neither repair nor replace. I never would have rented with Big Red Barn on that basis alone, had I known about the rat infestation beforehand. Staff is unprofessional and would routinely monitor me shortly after entering the premises, despite already being a customer.

We rented 2 units after we sold our house. Within 24 hours of moving all of our large items, including tv's and electronics, it was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of property was stolen. The same night ours was broken into, another unit that had moved in the same day was broken into. Units on both sides of ours were not touched. The property is not secure and the police told us they have been there multiple times before.

RENTER BEWARE!!!! I rented a unit for a few months during my mothers move to the area. When we were done, I gave them 30 days notice per the lease. At the end of the 30 days, I told them we were out and they told me there is a $25 dollar charge for not signing the form. WHAT FORM?? Seems like a scam to me. Form your own opinion.
