All of Texas Moving

No call, no show for a moving appointment they had already rescheduled once. They left us hanging for over five hours on a Sunday afternoon without responding to multiple calls which completely threw off our moving timeline. They finally returned my call around 11 am on Monday, and that was after I left another voicemail and attempted to call multiple times.

Update 10/7/25: Still the most frustrating experience we have gone through. They sent someone to “fix” all the things that were broken, this man “fixed” and broken dresser hinge by putting a piece of leather there…. We agreed on an amount to cover the cost of some broken things and they said they needed more time to decide what to do about the other broken items. They asked for my address to mail a check and stated they had 90 days legally to complete the claim.

Overcharged me hundreds of dollars and left several pieces of furniture undone. Weird, how the things they claimed they couldn’t do were completed by a professional via Handy. They emailed me that a supervisor would contact me about the issues, of course that never happened

I have used these folks three times in 2 years to move me. The first two times it was the same guys who came out and everything was phenomenal. From the communication, to the actual moving, their professionalism, everything. Which is why I immediately called them to move me this last time. However, I don’t think I’ll be using them again in the future. I called on Tuesday mid afternoon to schedule for the following Saturday. They told me no problem and got it set up for 12:30, Saturday afternoon on the 30th.

TL;DR: We watched them drop furniture, they sent a furniture repairman who worked for less than an hour and left the furniture in bad shape. Do not recommend! Photos of the repairs are now attached showing the dyed bondo used to fix the gouges caused by the furniture falling off the truck and that the top of the table is not centered AFTER repair. We used AOT to move furniture and boxes into a storage unit then into a new home a month later.

My first time using them was great. They were quick and did such an amazing job. So, when I called them this time to move again I was expecting the same service. DEFINITELY WASN'T!!! They were moving extremely slow and I felt like they were milking the clock. After 3 1/2 hrs they still hadn’t gotten everything in a 2 bedroom apartment. I told them let’s just go and start moving into the other place b/c I can’t afford much more time.

‼️‼️do not do business with these people‼️‼️ If you are the owner or this is employee driving 90mph in a 65 swerving in and out of traffic I hope everyone seeing this guy loses respect for you and your business and chooses to do business elsewhere. If you see this comment choose another business just out of respect for the safety of the community 8/3/26 9am

PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOU BELONGINGS THEY DO NOT MAKE IT RIGHT BUT STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES However they damaged a brand new 50" TV and office personnel does not answer phone or call you back when your trying to get an update on replacement TV.
