Unit broken into and valuable equipment taken. Other units hit at same time. Get a storage facility that is gated. Another family member had same experience. We will be moving to another storage facility.

This company is unbelievable I paid my last payment and the employees actually lied to me saying he closed out my account and they’re still trying to charge me for a small unit that I have nothing in and he said he even went and took the lock off it in there just spamming me with wanting payments do not do business with these people

We carefully consider any price adjustments and only implement them to keep up with our own rising expenses. We understand that multiple increases can be frustrating, especially after years of loyalty.
Terrible Storage Facility. Insurance they offer won’t provide anything if your unit is broken into and wouldn’t even review any camera footage (don’t know if they even work).

I loved doing business with this storage facility for many years because: Payment is processed online. Mark is very prompt and responsive to questions. Finally there is the option of electronic monitoring. Happy to recommend, but glad I am getting my stuff organized and don't need a storage unit any more.
