The rating breakdown
5 of the 34 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for AAA Piano are one or two star.
Worked out from 34 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
I used AAA Piano to move a piano. When they quoted the job I said 3 steps up and 1 step down. It turns out it really was 6 steps up and 1 step down. For the extra 3 steps they gouged me an additional $25. Their argument was that they …
Owner Steve is not trust worthy person. He quoted verbally different than writing when about to charge the fee. Bigger problem is that he delivered my piano with different condition than he picked up my piano - couple keys are not working any more now, but he doesn't want to be responsible for fixing. He took $1300 for delivery and storage and mess up my piano and don't want to have responsible, so future potential customer please watch out.
Imagine entrusting your expensive piano to this guy, who with no care at all, drives recklessly and cuts off people at high speeds in traffic with your piano in the back of his trailer.
Robert This is your opinion. Many times something happens in front of us and we need to change lanes due to someone cutting in front of us and slamming on their … More
Worst customer service ever. I would not call this guy for help if he was the last man on earth. Spend the time to get past this listing and find someone with kindness.

In their own words
Disclaimer: I did not pay for the service, the person receiving the piano did, so I can't comment on value. For service, they showed up on time, were courteous and quick, and were well-equipped (all protective padding and strapping, trailer was clearly padded and set up to accommodate piano moving). Efficient - I think they were there and gone within literally 5 minutes. From conversation with the receiver they were well-informed about piano condition/concerns etc. Great experience on my end, friendly team.
AAA Piano is very professional, great customer service. They moved a piano from the seller to our house and they made it very stress-free for us. Steve communicated the moving plan very well. They also tuned our piano. Steve seems very …
I have dealt with Steve both in selling him a piano and acquiring one. I just can't go on enough about the difference between dealing with him and (attempting to deal with...) other piano dealers. He returns calls. He is fair. He is transparent. He offers great service. He is completely no-nonsense and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it, and all for a very fair (probably too low) price.
Thank you for your kind words, Albert. We've worked together a few times and it was certainly a pleasure working with you! -Steve Stokes, AAA Piano
I recently hired AAA Piano to transport a client's piano, and I couldn't be more impressed! Their team was punctual, handled the instrument with care, and ensured it arrived to it's new location quickly. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart, and I will definitely be recommending their services to future clients. Five stars without a doubt!
