RUN AWAY!! I have no idea how this company has 4.9 stars -they probably paid for reviews. This is a criminal organization. From the start, my husband spent nearly an hour on the phone detailing how much stuff we had and they gave us a quote of $8,000. Two days before our move, my husband called to get an arrival window from them, then spent another lengthy phone call once again detailing our stuff - even numbering small, medium, and large boxes.

I’ve moved across the county myself several times but due to an injury, needed help moving from Spokane to Sacramento. I hired AB Moving for a full pack and move of my 600 square foot apartment. The movers arrived 3 hours late in a u-Haul with no packing material s or boxes. They bought boxes and packed efficiently, but I noticed as they loaded the truck, my valuables were loaded last and kept together. When my belongings arrived in California, many of my things were wet, including all my books and clothing.
Good afternoon Jessica, We are very sorry to hear about your experience, but after reviewing your post, it appears this review was left for the wrong business. AB Moving Services is located in North Hollywood, California, and we service the Los Angeles area only.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! 1/ They are scam company moving. They signed the contract with me and they sold the contract to another company moving. After I signed the contract and transferred money deposit already, I couldn’t contact with them more ( Alex, Mason,…) 2/ They offered and fit the beginning price no needed to see the items but when another moving company come, they charged dowble and more! 3/ No tracking, no information for delivery, no hang up phone, no email reply!
Hello Thuy, Thank you for your feedback. However, we need to clarify that this review does not relate to our company. We are a family-owned moving company that operates ONLY locally in the Los Angeles area.
Terrible moving company! My husband is military and we last minute had to move back home from Colorado to California with our 2 month old. We were told our stuff would get delivered by the 22nd of April. Well it’s been almost a month since they picked it up on the 9th and their customer service is terrible! We were told three different dates it would be delivered. I was better off renting a U-Haul but chose not to go that route due to having a newborn and having to drive so long.
Hello Brianna, We believe there may be a mix-up. AB Moving Services is based solely in North Hollywood, California, and we do not operate in Colorado or service moves originating there. The company that handled your shipment appears to be a different business with a similar name.

In their own words
I recently had the pleasure of working with AB Moving Services for my move from Rosemead to West Covina, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Tim, the crew leader, along with helpers Alex and Nick, arrived right on time at 8 AM, just as promised. They were courteous, efficient, and took great care of all my belongings.

We had an incredible experience with AB moving. They came highly recommended from a close friend and we were not disappointed. We even had pretty complicated hilly locations, which they handled like pros. Clear and responsive communication, professional quality, transparent pricing, no regrets.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with AB Moving Services for my move from North Hollywood to Manhattan Beach. The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They completed a full five-bedroom house move in just two days — packing everything carefully on the first day and moving and unloading on the second day. They were well-organized, respectful of our home and belongings, and handled everything with great care.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience with AB Moving Services. We truly appreciate your trust in us for such a large and important move from North Hollywood to Manhattan Beach.
