I’m giving 2.5 stars because the guys were very friendly but unfortunately we found some of our drinking glasses got broken, our walls got scratched up pretty deeply, and we were charged for the amounts of steps they had to walk up which was never mentioned in the original quote anywhere. When asked about tip they were not happy with the amount and said they would raise the end total by 2-300 more dollars if they didn’t get a certain amount. They worked very hard but overall it was just an OK experience.
Not so professional as other said. Because of low efficiency. Well, just another low standard. Charges not disclosed clearly. Messy schedule and did not calling in advanced. Could not judge working time correctly from whatever previous job. …
Very dishonest company. Low balls quotes over the phone and tells you its a firm quote no matter what. then they show up and tell you that the quote is 3x higher. Sleaze bags!!!!! don't use them 1111

Awesome movers and moving experience!!! Very punctual, friendly, and super efficient!! This is my 2nd time using them and I would gladly use them again if I ever needed to.
We used Victory Moving Company on August 2025, for a local relocating move. The guys (movers) they sent were very professional, friendly, and careful with our belongings and furniture. Customer service was also friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. I recommend them 10/10, and wish them the best in their business. Thank you!
