NEVER use this company. Their customer service is terrible. On July 28th, 2023 I moved using Osmon moving from my house in Glendale. In the process of my move the movers broke my table saw by dropping it on its side. This table saw is no longer manufactured so the part that broke is not manufactured either. They told me to contact there customer service to get it resolved. I contacted them and they asked if i could send documentation of the damage. I did... and never heard back from them.
I do NOT recommend this company. Don't know why they have so many high ratings. They sent me 5 men who spoke NO English, only Russian. The job went horribly. "Joan", who calls herself a manager, lies, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not trust her with a penny! Complained over and over and they never bothered to either take remedial steps or even reply!!! So sorry I chose this company!! Don't get tricked into dealing with their empty promises.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AFTER UNPACKING EVERYTHING, WE'VE REALIZED THEY HAVE STOLEN MY ELDERLY, DISABLED MOTHER'S BEDFRAME! THEY ARE THIEVES!
Very incapable movers. 3 came to move all our belongings. They remove doors and drawer of a brand new refrigerator. They put all the parts in big box and when they put it together the left door was banged and scratched. The sides are scratched and the metallic door from the garage to the kitchen is scratched too. They also scratched and damaged part of the ceiling. Insurance coverage is $0.60 per pound. So the payment to repair the fridge door and the kitchen door was $350.00.

Sargis and Denis did a great job moving my sister’s belongings from storage in LA to our home in Northern California. They called me in the morning to tell me when they’d be arriving, showed up as promised, and then unloaded their truck like the pros that they are, and helped us organize her belongings so we can unpack and sort. They were prompt, quick, helpful and polite, and the price was more than fair. What else can you ask from a moving company?

Hired Osmon to help my roommate and I move to our new place - an absolutely wonderful experience! Spoke to April who was very kind, helpful, and informative when I had hundreds of questions. On the day of our move, Sergei and his coworker did an amazing job: reviewed information, asked questions, made us to double check their work every step of the way, and handled all of our belongings with care! They were friendly, quick, efficient, and extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a smoother move!
I was extremely happy with the service I got from Osmon! The guys - Sergei and Philipe - arrived on time, were extremely friendly and helpful, helping every step of the way, even fixed a few pieces of furniture when we unloaded everything at my new place. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again!
