They were supposed to arrive on Wednesday, they didn't, no call or message. Then on Thursday morning they said they'd come in at 12, they arrived at 5 to do an overview of the place. On Friday they said they'd be here at 12, they arrived at 2. On Saturday they were supposed to be here at 8 and arrived at 12. They didn't work Sunday. On Monday they were supposed to arrive at 8, they got here at 10.

Really not happy with the service which is so unfortunate as this is the second time I'm using them and should have learned my lesson after the first time. 1st time issues - the pickup was great, drop off was an absolute nightmare and they damaged my dining table. Drop off was a nightmare as they contracted out to a third party who held my belongings hostage literally for 2 hours until MoveHappy figured it out with them.
We moved from Alaska to Maine and most of I stuff was broken or even gone threw and taken. They have not sent us a claim form and have ghosted us trying to get a hols of them. 1 out of 10 would not recommend!

DO NOT.. I REPEAT.. DO NOT USE MOVE HAPPY I have never worked with such an unprofessional, uncommunicative, scammy company Where to even begin! Long story below. My journey with move happy began when I was shopping around for someone to move my things from San Diego to Maui. My first interactions were with Alex. He quoted me $2695 (which in retrospect seems impossible) and told me my things would ship out the Saturday after my storage unit was picked up by their moving team.
Absolute worst movers I've used to date (6 professional companies in the past 10 years). Entire boxes packed without padding or protection. Boxes completely crushed during the move. Moves are tough and I expect things to be broken, but this is due to negligence. Not recommended at all.
