Don’t use this company for moving your furniture. They damaged my furniture and lied about their actions. I work hard for my belongings, and they sent the two skinniest movers they had. They took forever to move my things. I will never use them again, especially after the owner tried to be smart and was extremely rude. I'm sorry that you feel this way. We are very transparent in how damages are handled. We have you read and sign our damage and claims policy well ahead of the move so that you can either agree or disagree with the policy.
I hired ABC Movers on Friday, July 3. The crew arrived on time at 9:30 AM and the move took about 8½ hours. There were four movers. The crew leader was excellent, professional and kept everyone moving with a sense of purpose. Two of the other movers also did a great job. If it had only been those three, this would have been a 5-star review. Unfortunately, one younger mover completely changed the experience.

Mam, you had a bad experience because when you called our office you minimized what you had. We were late by a couple of hours getting on your job which basically turned out to be lucky for you. You told our office that you had three rooms (you had double that, 6 rooms).

Admittedly I did get quite defensive with this customer when she alluded that we had cheated her out of time and money. This customer was explained how she was being charged when she booked the job and once again when the crew arrived.

Demarco, Jermaine, and Dennis did an incredible job with our move today. They were an amazing crew, led by Demarco, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. To put the quality of their work into perspective, we actually tried using a different moving company two days earlier for the same move (never use AllStar Moving).
ABC Quality Moving & Storage did an outstanding job moving items for my mother from her condo to her assisted living apartment. We had to schedule the move at the last minute, and they made the entire process easy. Finding a dependable St. Louis moving company on short notice felt overwhelming, but they came through for us. Kevin, Dennis, and Jeff were fantastic. They arrived on time. Every piece of furniture was handled with care. They treated us with kindness and respect throughout the move.
