WATCH OUT FOR THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SHADY. I went online to reserve a unit. It offered a special rate of $167 per month. At check-out it would not give me that rate but tried to charge me $223 per month. I went into the facility and again tried to secure the lower rate. I went through the entire process, and when it came time to sign the contract, although they verbally agreed to charge me $167 per month, plus $10 more per month for insurance, they drew up the contract at a monthly rate of $223 per month.

This facility is extremely filthy. My storage unit consisted of a rat infestation, and all of my furniture was ruined. I strongly advise you to rent at Smartstop Self Storage. It's down the street.

I had the worst experience with this storage. First of all don't get fooled by the size of the storage. They advertise a 10x10 but in reality it is not a 10x10 when they limit the height of things you can store. The 10x10 do not have light inside the storage, and the hallway lights are sensor. 2 minutes inside my storage and I was in dark. You have to give your ID to the office in order to use one of their carts.

If I could do zero stars I would. They wouldn’t rent me a storage because my mother had one already. How does that make sense?!?!?! I am a 32 yr old adult and because my mother has a storage there I can’t get one with the promo for my items EVEN though we are moving to two different places. Please make this make sense!!!!!! They are ASSUMING my storage will be for her to, so now on my moving day I have to drive around with a newborn and his stuff looking for another storage facility.

I wish I could give zero stars...I found Emily to be quite rude and uninformed when I called for a price quote. She was borderline argumentative when I was asking her for specifics. Who does that?? Smartstop was so helpful and I took my business there! Do not use Able Storage...they are the WORST!

Rude management! I was very suprised by this especially since this store has good reviews & usually my experience here has been ok. Most of the employees here are great but my first encounter here with the property manager left me in tears at how rude she was.

It seems like every contact with the staff at Able, Sam, Apolo and Pablo leaves more and more impressed with their cheerfulness and professionalism. They are truly customer-centric. Any issues that I might have are quickly and efficiently taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them who needs a clean, well-lit and safe place to store their possessions. Sam is the most recent addition to the team and what a solid hire. She knows her stuff!

I’ve been using Able storage for the last 4 years, and I’ve been very satisfied with the experience. I haven’t had any problems or surprises here. The facility is clean and well-maintained. There’s cameras and and a solid alarm system. The staff takes their jobs seriously. There were a couple times when I didn’t fully close the storage space before putting the lock on, so it was subsequently left unlocked.
