The rating breakdown
Google shows 5 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Monterey Park Moving Company was amazing. Tim was extremely professional. They showed up right on time. Worked quickly and took great care of our stuff. We have three flights of narrow stairs and they got everything out in record time. I would absolutely recommend Tim's team!
Love love love these guys. Quick and efficient. I did help a little even though they didn't want me to! They moved quickly and efficiently but were also very careful of our more fragile pieces. They took great care to wrap are stuff and load it securely. They got our 2b/2ba apartment loaded and unloaded into our new house in less than 3 hours and didn't damage a single piece. Would highly recommend.
This was the best moving experience I have had. There was a flat fee which was great and they didn't try to up the price at the end like other moving companies have done. The price was more than fair. The movers came exactly when promised, even called to tell me that they are on the way and will be at my place in 20 minutes. They were organized, efficient, very friendly and polite. They took excellent care of the furniture and plants, were considerate of the apartment building and its tenants.
