The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 83.3% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 8.3% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 8.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 7 four and five star reviews we have read for Academy Storage, LLC. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
Secure and well-priced storage units. Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend Academy Storage for in between moves or longer-term.
Katie it was such a pleasure having you store with us. You are such a lovely being as is RW! Congratulations & best wishes to you both with your new endeavor! We are here if you need us for anything - we have a ton of contacts to reach out to on your behalf if need be :) Nina
We rented two storage units for over a year and had no issues. The owners were always accommodating and able to answer any questions or concerns. Would recommend their facility to others needing storage that is not temperature controlled.
Academy Storage staff have been wonderful to my organization, Many Mothers. The facility is clean and well maintained. Prices are fair and stable. I really enjoyed storing my products here.
Such an awesome place of business, not to mention the great people that work, and run it!! Thank you so much!!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
