Horrible. If I could do negative stars, I would. Their moving team did a terrible job packing the truck - leaving about 1/3 of the truck empty - and not properly protecting things, so dozens of our items got badly damaged. One of the guys complained loudly and often about being hungover, was difficult to work with (argumentative, uncooperative), and did very little actual work the whole day, but we were still charged for his time as if he'd been a useful part of the team.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER! If you need a rental company DO NOT use Two Men and a truck! They are absolutely careless, will over charge you . The Owner Jesus is a terrible owner and will not respond to any calls about their crappy service. …

Terrible experience. Did not provide an ETA for move day. When they arrived immediately said I’d be over the estimate and I’d be charged for every hour I was over, then not only took 5 HOURS to load a household that took 1 hour to load a few months ago (and is actually smaller now), but also took hours to unload at the new house. We ultimately helped unload just to manage the overage fees.

We had Two Men and a truck move us from one town to another. A total of 100 miles. they were very kind and were quick to get things loaded. After we got everything in and finally got settled, we noticed that a lot of our furniture was damaged. None of our furniture had anything wrong with it. We contacted Keven whom we worked with in Santa Fe, and he told us he would get back with us. I sent him an email with pictures attached. We heard nothing.

We had a terrible experience with Two Men & A Truck. It pains me to write something negative about a company. --They were very careless, reckless, and not adequately trained. --There are MANY damaged items and pieces of furniture that need repair. I filed a damage report for some of the bigger mishaps and have been waiting for replies. Nothing. No compensation. No discount, nothing. Except for me spending a bunch of time documenting damage and writing about it. A waste of time and energy.

The two workers did a great job! They didn't even take a lunch break and were very methodical and careful as I had quite a few irregular containers, which again, they smoothly took care of. They also responded quietly when I directed which locations to place things. All in all, a solid, hard-working, personable effort!

We use 2 Men & a Truck often. Since we have homes that are staged and once sold we need to move furniture out. They have always shown to be professional, efficient, and careful not mistreating the furniture. They are very economical.

The dudes that helped me move Horace and Keith were a pleasure. The hidden fees however not so much, not that I blame them for that. Would i go with them again, yes, because moving sucks and they made it suck less.
