I regret having hired this company. Nearly every single piece of furniture that I own... Was either scratched, scuffed, or straight up broken. I can't express how disappointed I still am. It was heart breaking; I'm poor as it is. Not like I have the number to just go replace what was broken. I shouldn't have used Zen Movers. Daughter's first official desk was broken -The keyboard slide out rail is bent. Plus, the entire left leg separated from the upper hutch piece.part of the backing is missing.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Organized a shipping container and Zen Movers to pack everything up to ship. The shipping container showed up and then waited 4 1/2 hours for the packers to do anything. They worked for less than fours hours and then informed me that they would be leaving in an hour. I tried and tried to contact the owner of Zen Movers and got no response. Finally at 4:00 they say they are done and want payment. They tried to charge me for the whole job even though they did not complete the work.
DO NOT USE ZEN MOVERS!!! Listen to the other negative reviews on this site, cuz they’re true. They damaged my furniture and refuse to fix it. Their so called manager is rude, combative, unprofessional and a liar. You can’t get a hold of the owner whatsoever, no information on him at all. It was an expensive move, they got a huge tip and lunch and I was still treated horribly.
I booked them in November for December 4th. In the past they always did a site survey of what was to be moved, they didn't this time until 12/2. They has us send them dimensions and piece counts on all of the display cases which we did. eventually we sent pictures also which finally prompted a site survey. He was here for about 10 minutes then tries to say they can't do the move for 2-3 weeks. Needless to say I was Irate as they were made aware in November that we had to be out by 12/7.

Disappointing Experience – Lack of Communication and Follow-Up I really wanted to have a positive experience with Zen Moving Company. This was the second time I used them. Unfortunately, several issues left me frustrated and disappointed. During the initial walk-through, no one communicated that bathroom items wouldn’t be moved. As a result, while the movers did pack up my bathroom, they left all of those boxes behind at my old home.

We had a smooth and professional moving job today! From scheduling with EJ to the actual move. Steven and Joe were hard-working, pleasant and made sure they were communicating with me as to what went where and making sure my two Corgis didn’t get out the gate. Thanks to Paolo, Nick, and Joe for an incredibly smooth and pleasant moving experience! They arrived on time and did a walk through of the house with me, listened carefully, and explained their process. There was great teamwork among the three of them as they manuvered the larger pieces through doorways and up 4 steps to the driveway. I was worried about an antique secretary desk that is a bit fragile and Paolo explained they would load it last with extra padding.

Wow, I called this morning to move two big cabinets inside our home and the crew did an outstanding job. They were anchored to the wall and they took the time to remove the anchors. They were extremely careful with the walls and measuring to ensure the pieces were centered. I cannot say enough good things about Zen Movers. I would 1000% recommend them.
