Rented a unit for a year, it contained the contents of my fathers apartment after he passed away. The price went up 4 times. We were told they were upgrading the security cameras to cover all the units, not just the office. The units were water proofed and rodent and pest treated regularly. This is what made us pick them over other storage locations. No new cameras were ever installed. The only rodent and pest protection provided were traps in between the buildings.

Sorry I can't make a good recommendation this place last year we move with my family from Toronto to near to chatham kent a d we rent one unit but we are surprised because we lost everything from there we are paid , somebody's opened our unit and stolen everything everything.. We still waiting to hear back from the office about this.

getting quite angry with the staff there. They just yelled at who I was with over something they didn't do? Like I'm not sure why it matters. I'm paying you for the bin. A lot to be exact.

Negative 5 STARS Should never been allowed within city limits the property is a dangerous blight on the community.. lots of crime an garage. Property is not maintained properly at all. Can't even be bother clearing the sidewalks. Find some place else to store your crap is the best advice .

I had issues with mice in unit, even tho I didn’t store any attractants on site. Staff is nice, but corporate did little to address the issue. Lots of garbage can be found around the facility by the units. …

There seems to be a mouse infestation right now. I recently had problems with mice there, and now I see other people are as well
