ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I’ e just finished my move with them and they severely damaged some of my furniture. They also couldn’t get a pice out of the house, and spent almost an hour wasting time on it and driving up my moving place. When I called to report these problems I found out that the movers had not reported the damage done to my furniture and completely covered up the entire thing. The company is now trying to accuse me of lying to avoid paying for the damage.
As we did not move anyone under this name, we can only assume since we have had only 1 complaint we are responding to the correct customer. Customer waited a week to make phone call. If this is the call I am thinking of, you would not let … More
Beware of the misleading quote they will give you over the phone.when they're quoting to get the business they'll tell it to you one way but in your contract it can be worded differently. The only reason this got one star is cuz I didn't have to lift anything. If you try to call them and question them they immediately go to threatening use of a collection agency. That's definitely an action of feel guilty! I highly recommend that you use their service at an absolute last resort!

Be careful with this company. After paying our invoice they contacted us days later demanding more money. They did not complete the move. The employees complained while working. The lanaguage was inappropriate. The manager yelled on the telephone. Employee tried to charge for products not used...causing an argument on site between employees. Owner refuses to discuss matter with us......the list goes on.

Highly recommend Mike's Moving. I hired Mike's moving for a move from West Lorne to Chatham. The team assigned were super-efficient. They arrived at my location at approximately 8:45 am and had everything moved into the new place by 1:15 pm, and this included the almost one hour drive to Chatham. The team: Nick, Cole and Paulie were all very professional and worked steadily from the time they arrived until they were done.
Our move with Mike's Moving was incredible right from the first phone call which was polite to personable to arrange the move. On the move day (Which was right on time) the moving crew, Nick, Connor and Cole moved us out of our house into an apartment... these guys were amazing... happy, fun and hard working guys had us moved without any problems in under 4 hours. We'd totally recommend Mike's.
The communication before the move with the receptionist was excellent - got back to me right away. The guys who showed up to move were friendly and had great communication. They were efficient and careful with our belongings. I've had a bad experience before with Ancient movers so I was nervous, but these guys were excellent. Would highly recommend! Definitely worth the money.
Mikes Moving just helped my wife and I move. We highly recommend Mike’s Moving, their employees are pleasant, polite, and work very hard. The crew that moved us were Conner, Jacob, and Paulie. All three guys were a pleasure to work with. They were all polite, listened to any of our requests, and were great to talk with! My elderly mom showed up during the move and the guys were kind enough to help her to and from her car safely in snowy conditions without being asked. That was very kind of them!
