The rating breakdown
0 of the 22 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for The Storage Box are one or two star.
Worked out from 22 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Chatham
2.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 7 listings in Chatham we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Great service. Very prompt in making arrangements for deliveries. Friendly team over the phone. We had the same driver through the whole process (which is rare), but Chris was amazing and friendly. Able to accommodate and inform what would …
Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that Chris made such a positive impact on your move. It’s great to know that our team was able to accommodate your needs and make the process easy and smooth. We’ll be sure to pass along your compliments to Chris!

Storage Box was fantastic to deal with. Every step of our move with them was very well organized and executed. Would definitely recommend to anyone that can move their own furniture.
We appreciate you sharing your experience and the photo! Enjoy your new home!
