In their own words
I will never use nor recommend Ace to anyone. The way they handled some of the property along with the claim representation was totally unacceptable. I had a couple items damaged. But the one that was most frustrating was an antique cuckoo clock from 1850s. It was simply placed in a box and wrapped with paper. Nothing else which in itself is astounding. It was even dissembled with the back cover removed and the inner mechanisms exposed which I’m not sure why.
Phil Gonzales, a long-time associate of Ace Relocation coordinated my move. They broke antiques, rushed through work, and made me pay for non-work time that they said they would refund but didn't. After promises of refund didn't come through, Mr. Gonzales refused to answer my calls. Very unprofessional. Worst. Movers. Ever.
This is for the DEBRIS REMOVAL team, arrived 5 hours late then had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor when it had clearly been scheduled for that day.

Angel and his team packed our stuff in Redmond 4 months back and asked my husband to give them a 5 star rating, which my husband gave since at that time we were busy with moving with the kids and felt like they were reasonable and fast. Now we got our furniture from storage and noticed many big items( bed, dresser, office desk, microwave) were broken beyond repair. They stuffed my delicate clothes into dresser draws and some were torn, some of kids toys were broken. Messed up with our early delivery boxes.

We just moved from Seattle to Las Vegas. The moving crew and the driver picked up out boxes and packed furniture on September 9, 2024. They were fantastic: hardworking and had a sense of humor to make the situation less stressful. Within three hours, they carefully packed and moved everything to the truck. We were so relieving that our first phrase of moving was done. We flew to Las Vegas on 9/12 and waited for the delivery on 9/17.

Recently moved with the help of Ace Relocation Services. Packed us up one day in Colbert, Washington and unpacked us the next day 300 miles west in Poulsbo, Washington. It's a chaotic experience without question. We had packed many items in boxes already which I think helped some. They had 3 guys pack us up and 5 guys un-pack us. Would've been quicker and easier for them if they had 5 guys both ways.

Great experience! My driver MJ Michaels really made the dread of moving across country a bit better for me and my family. We did a military move. My view of the moving company is all on MJ. He and his crew had respect for our house hold goods and he has the upmost respect for our military.
