Worst military move ever!! Most all of our stuff was damaged, every piece of furniture is damaged, things missing, items left at the house that I ended up having to take myself or leave, parts to furniture is missing so we had to buy new furniture. Computer monitor was wrapped in one of our carhartt jackets and placed in a box with a grease gun so it’s ruined.

They were late to pick up from my old place and were very unprofessional over all commenting about my house. The company was very difficult to reach the entire trip and getting a time frame out of them was like pulling teeth. I did move halfway across the country but it took 3 weeks to receive my stuff. It wasn’t even that much, just a couch and a few boxes.

Military move a bunch of our stuff was missing when it arrived, movers had to be told to set up items and unpack they showed up late in the afternoon with no communication. Absolutely not going to use them personally and the Military should not renew this contract.

Poor quality of work and lack of professionalism. Three packers were assigned to our house. The two younger girls assigned to the spare rooms spent much of their time talking on the phone and showed little care for the job. As a result of their rushing to complete everything in one day rather than utilizing the scheduled second day, numerous issues occurred: - Damaged and Improperly Packed Items: Furniture was left unwrapped, and items were folded tightly inside boxes to force them to fit, which ruined them.

If it wasn’t for their 17yr packer named Felicia, Then I would’ve given this company five stars. The others ladies were sweet and professional. Felicia on the other had, is the rudest and most ungrateful person I’ve ever met. When I called in a complaint with the military, I was told she’s known for being rude to customers!

Incredibly unprofessional. I am in the military and during my latest move they picked up our contract. The first crew left a ton of stuff unpacked and the second crew told us it wasn’t their job to pack it and they left it behind. We had to throw most of it out. The movers also made condescending comments about our home and our belongings, often complain about how much stuff they had to move.

Their people stole my drill set while they were unpacking my household goods. I had placed my 2 milwaukee drills and battery charger into a five gallon bucket about 30 minutes before they arrived and placed that bucket into my garage. No less than 10 minutes after they left I went to retrieve one of my drills from the bucket and noticed all 3 items were missing. I immediately called the company who said they would check with their crew to see if they had "accidentally grabbed it" and never received a call back.

We have always had great luck with our military moves, until this most recent one. The packing was horrible! No regard to how things were packed. When we received our belongings, the crew asked if they ran out of paper because so much was left unprotected and stacked on top of each other. Several comments on over packed boxes were also made. We had almost half the boxes we normally have due to the way items were crammed into boxes.
