MOVING NIGHTMARE: I wish I would have believed the reviews on Google before my horrific experience with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a scheduled move from Shreveport to New Orleans. It was scheduled 2 months in advance. The move was paid for entirely upfront. It was scheduled for a pickup time between 8AM-10AM. Once it hit 10 AM on moving day, and I had not heard anything, I called and spoke to his wife, I was told they would be there at noon.

I was scheduled for a move on 2/28/24 from 8am-10am that was set up 4 weeks prior to the move. My deposit was $100. I had discussed with Jonthan my concerns about the previous reviews of his company not showing up. The solution was to schedule me first thing in the morning. Today, I didn’t receive a call. I tried to call him after confirming on Monday and the phone went to voicemail with no response. I tried to email and the email was returned.

I would like to leave a review. A service for 693 led up to my firearm and laptop being stolen. The boss said it’s nothing for him to do except tell me to file a police report. He refuse to give me the movers names. The move took 4 hours but the fact I had things stolen from me with no solution and mind you nothing was in sight for them to steal they actually looked for it while me and my boyfriend stepped away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I used JG Moving Solutions, LLC in 2019 to make a state to state move from Louisiana to South Texas, they were awesome. So awesome I recommended them to my Mother-in-law for her move from California to Memphis, TN. No Issues whatsoever. They were called on again for a vehicle move from Louisiana to South Texas. JG Moving Solutions proved to be a valuable and trustworthy company, at the time. I recently contacted JG Moving Solutions to assist my mother in moving into her new home.

I've moved 6 times and this was the worst service by far. I recently did a long-distance move. I'm disappointed on how I was treated, and the process was unnecessarily stressful. 1. Very poor communication. Dates and times of move were incorrect the day right before the move, even after I verified them 3 different times previously. I had to adjust my own schedule at the last minute to make it work. 2.

Recently scheduled a move from Louisiana to Florida. Booked these movers 2 weeks in advance. Was told the Est arrival time will be between 4p & 5p the day of the move. 5p no one is here so i called. Person who answered said they were unloading at another place and would come my way within an hour.....6p nothing, 7p nothing 8p nothing....8:30p a lady and three teenagers showed up to my house to move/load a 3 bedroom home and the lady complained the entire time.

Called over a month in advance to schedule. Was told that they needed a $100 deposit and I gave the card info. The bank was never charged and the so called deposit was never taken out. The invoice for the quote was never emailed. The day of the move the time was agreed upon a 2pm. No one showed up and we called every 30 minutes. They only answered the for the first hour following the original agreed upon time stating that he couldn’t reach the moving guys and they were “stuck at a storage unit and not answering”.

Horrible customer service overshadows the hard work of the movers. The movers damaged my TV screen during the move. I was assured that it would be replaced in 31 days through the company’s insurance policy but this did not happen. I reached out several times asking for proof of a claim filed or some sort of receipt. I did not receive it. I only received empty words and promises of returning my calls.
