My mother hired Mighty Movers for a home move to a different state. for a very large home and 2 trucks filled, this company sent 2 men to unload everything, which is ridiculous to begin with. The movers arrived almost 2 hours late. Not a huge deal but we weren't even informed until WE called THEM. We also woke up at 4am so we could meet them at the new house at the agreed-upon time. Wonderful. It's important to note that this company charges by the hour (and sends 2 guys for a large house of course).
I aware of the move you are referring to. We specifically sent only two movers because sending additional movers would have increased your mom’s move cost by $1600. It was much more efficient to have two guys work a longer day.
The drivers were rude and the officer did not have their ducks in a row. Left and called 10 minutes later stateing his boss told him don’t do the job come back to the office. The boss should have called me not the employee. Would not recommend!!! EVER!!!!And I was given and estimate price and found out when the got here it was gonna be 700 more!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!
I think it’s fair to say things got off on the wrong foot when you told the driver you were given a “flat-rate” price. We have never done flat rate pricing and the driver knows that. I quoted you a trip charge of $145 and $60 an hour per man.
Called a week in advance. Confirmed the move the day before. The day of I never got a phone call, no one ever came by the apartment. Called the guy, who proceeded to argue with me, when I have proof that no one ever called and I was at home the whole time.
Merwin, You can take your one-star review and shove it up your A**!!! We called and you didn’t answer, so we went to your apartment and knocked on the door and you didn’t answer. You have one finger pointing at us and three pointing back at yourself.
I DO NOT recommend using them! We were moving from a 2-story townhome. The guys moving the furniture down the staircase, which made a turn, were super careless. They did not cover or protect any of the furniture while carrying it out to the truck. I watched them bang our headboard over and over on the bottom threshold until I told them to try to turn it sideways so it would pass through. One guy was carrying a queen mattress uncovered or protected on his back, with it bending which isn't good for it.
We have no record of moving anyone by the name of Bridgeton. I am the owner and in 10 million years would never have told a customer, “ We don’t have the money to pay for it right now!!!” I’m pretty sure you have left a review for the wrong company and would appreciate site you removing this review…
I do not recommend . They broke my mirror . Driver told me they will pay for it just to call the office and he is not answering . Just an update, I had to move my bed to a different room , turned out when they assembled the bed they did not tighten up everything well . Handy man said the bed was about to fall . Also , during the move when the mover was putting the TV in the TV (that they asked for ) he started to kick the tv box WITH THE TV INSIDE . Stay clear.
Horrible movers! One guy had bad attitude, scratched my furniture up, had all kinds of broken things. Most of all scratched my furiture up in numerous places!!!!! Will NEVER use again and I DO NOT recommend them at all!!!!
What a bad experience with the moving guys that came out. They stripped the screws on the refrigerator, claimed that they were already stripped and did not move it inside the house Do not use this company.
Horrible office staff and management. Took over 72 hours for a quote ... do not use this company. I try to support local but it's not worth it with this company

I recently used this moving company and was very happy with the experience. From the initial scheduling to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear, the process was well organized, and the move went much smoother than I expected. All of my belongings were treated with care, and everything arrived in great condition. Moving can be stressful, but this company made it much easier and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process.
Great experience with Mighty Movers. The team showed up on time, was respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. They handled everything with care and got it all moved and set up without any issues. The whole process felt smooth and organized. It’s hard to find movers you can trust, but these guys did a great job. I’d definitely recommend Mighty Movers to anyone needing help with a move.
We used Mighty Movers on April 29, 2023 to move the furniture of a 3 bdrm home, and what an amazing job they did! Both men were strong, careful, polite, and very efficient! We couldn’t have been more pleased and will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks Guys!
