I had used this company for a previous move two years ago and it went great. This company has lost all of its credibility in a short amount of time. The crew went through my things, mishandled them, broke them, were rude and disrespectful to me as a single female. They destroyed property in my new build. Under tight time constraints with a real estate transaction I was left assisting the crew, and was left babysitting their crew for three days.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I am a repeat customer and had a great experience with this company a year ago. The crew I worked with then was efficient, professional, and completed the move in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely different. Despite moving the same amount of furniture, the move took nearly twice as long, doubling the labor costs I was charged. In addition, my couch, two nightstands, and a floor lamp were damaged during the move.
I'm so sorry to hear that, Hope! Eric here, one of the owners. I'd love to talk with you and find out exactly where things went wrong and how we can resolve things to your satisfaction. I do think I have an answer, though, for the doubled labor costs on your move.
Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! I thought I would have a wonderful moving experience because of the other shining reviews. WRONG. They broke two pieces of my furniture and refused to reimburse me for anything. They pointed to a clause in the contract that says that Adamantine is not responsible for flimsy, ill-made furniture. My furniture may not have been from a furniture store but it was not flimsy or ill-made.

I never ended up going with them. They promised me hours they couldn't maintain. They had to make "exceptions" for my move that were also already promised. And than they sent me an outrageously high bill for a move that would take 1-2 hours at most. I also had an elderly couple take time off of work so I could move the items out of their home that I had to change. I will never use this company in any circumstance.

Called to book them and whoever I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude so I went through someone else. I think it was the right choice.

This moving company is amazing, they were a great help every step of the way! From beginning to end, they made sure to make my move as simple as possible. Jack and Klein were my movers and they did an outstanding job! They were very careful with my fragile items, kept open communication, worked very fast, and even offered to help construct furniture. This crew was amazing. I can see how much teamwork is essential to a successful move -- and they worked together like a finely oiled machine. Friendly, polite -- knew how to get their work done and also not be in the way. I would recommend them to anyone making this kind of move.

Colt, Isaac and Cole were exceptional. They were extremely careful with all of my furniture (especially my white sofa); and my tree stump was delivered without a nick or bump to any of the woodwork or walls. Their concern for my possessions was incredible. I enthusiastically recommend Spine Moving for any move, large or small, near or far.
