In their own words
The move-in and move-out process was very smooth. The staff was very responsive (although they do have somewhat limited hours, they were good at replying to voice messages). There were some maintenance issues for a while (the keypad on the rear door was still not working on my move-out date and hasn't worked in months), but overall Moove-In seems to be getting the issues sorted out, and I expect things will be fixed in a reasonable time-frame.

Art was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Made move in simple. Best run storage facility I have experienced. Have used several over that past 30 yrs. Everything was thought through to make move in and move out easy. UPDATE Oct 2025: Moove In is the best. I reiterate what I said before. Second time renting there. Awesome spot, good deal, clean, well lit and secure. 4th time with Waterfront location last week. Awesome and easy as usual.

This is a great place to store your items! The loading dock is easy to use and the pallets with pallet jack saved us so much time! The property manager Art is so quick to respond and an excellent communicator.

We had a really good experience at Moove In and Art was really helpful to us throughout the process. We used Moove In to store our sons clothes and house items over the summer as he attends University of Iowa but we live on the west coast.
