Childish behavior by the owner. Called and emailed 10 days notice multiple times and never received a confirmation so we never got the rest of our stuff out because we never received confirmation. Ended up paying another months worth of rent because of this. Then we text him and FINALLY receive an answer and he says that if we are gone by the end of the month he will waive the 3RD months rent at this point. Then we come to clear things out and the door is locked. Call, first time I get sent to voicemail.

Customer service left A LOT to be desired when I had a problem getting my key fob- obviously I couldn’t have checked in the right space, I’m a woman 🙄 fob system in general is incredibly dumb, $10 for a fob I am now stuck with and have no use for. I spent longer cleaning the unit of SAND than I did actually moving stuff in- I get that things will get messy, but I could have started my own beach with everything I swept out of there. How hard is it to run a broom over the floor after users move out?
Rude, incompetent, and immature staff that lack so much decency and control we literally had to call the cops due to the way Brett talked to us on the phone and the eventual staff that came out. He hung up on us after threatening to not let …
This was already so overpriced but they recently sent a text message changing the price by over $30 with less than 4 days notice. I'd recommend avoiding if possible.

I have utilized storage here for several years and this place is immaculate and so easy to access. Management is wonderful and communication is clear and professional. Could not recommend more highly!
We rented here during the summer months for our child's university furniture. Brett is so so easy to work with. He returns calls and texts promptly and is such a nice a man. This storage facility is spotless. We never had an issue getting in and out. It is accessible 24 hours a day and even late at night it was very well lit. Will definitely rent here again. Every business owner should be as accommodating and provide the same level of excellent service as Brett.
Great storage place! I had my unit for about a year and had nothing but positive, easy experiences every time I visited and every time I chatted with the staff members. Prices for climate controlled are fair & the complex isn't overrun with college students or other renters. Always a quick in-and-out to grab stuff or drop stuff off. Highly recommend!
Got the largest storage unit available in the middle of summer for reasonable pricing, especially considering the demand during that time of year and needing it last minute. Very clean and accessible units and good customer service. Would definitely use their facilities again.
