Do not use this company!! We used them and everything went great until the last minute when one of the movers walked thru the screen door and broke it off the frame. The owner told me he would reimburse us. He told us that an employee …
Disappointing. We hired Bell Movers to move into our new house. We arranged for him to arrive at 9am so we could get the piano moved since the house was getting a home inspection and we couldn’t go inside after that. He had an issue with his kid’s day care and said he’d get there by 10. Stuff happens, I get that, but he arrived at 11:15am. And he was by himself with no help.

Terrible experience 😪 really wish I would have went with another company. The dispatch had alot of attitude. When the movers got to my place they made bumps & dings. Not to mention ( they had zero equipment to handle my furniture. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE THEOR MONEY ELSEWHERE. IF I COULD REDO THIS WHOLE MOVE I WOULD HIRE GUYS FROM HOME DEPOT TO DO A MUCH BETTER JOB. SAD 😔 AND POOR EXPERIENCE.

Scott Bell and his team are great to work with - very professional, quick, careful, and friendly! We've used them 3 times now in Iowa City and every time we've been impressed. Most recently they moved a piano for us and did a great job once again! I highly recommend for any moving needs.
Scott and team were beyond fantastic to work with. We had never used movers before and they made us feel 100% comfortable and answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. They took the time to wrap all of our furniture to make sure it wasn't damaged and took care of it like it was their own. Scott quoted us very accurately and there were no surprise costs or fees. We will most definitely use them in the future. What a great team and company to work with.
I highly recommend Bell Movers. I recently moved my mom into a care facility with very little notice. This particular facility provides an unfurnished/empty room, so this was essentially like a move to a studio apartment. I called Bell Movers first thing in the morning, explaining that I needed a mover that same day, but couldn't name a precise time, because there was a series of things that had to happen in a sequential order before Mom's belongings could be moved in.
We used Bell Movers twice as we had to move all of our things into storage for three weeks before we could move into our new house. Scott Bell, Kobe and Randy were amazing! We picked (not intentionally) two of the hottest days of the summer to move. They worked non-stop, made sure our items were wrapped well and protected, and remained really positive even with a heavy piano to get up front porch steps.
