Horrible experience. Double booked my move. I confirmed several times prior, then they never showed up, and never bothered to let me know. Finally got in touch with them 7 hours after their scheduled arrival and they said they weren’t going to make it, no apology or attempt to remedy, leaving me in a bad position on the last day of my lease with no one to move me, and too late to find an alternative. They were very unprofessional.

Overcharged my mom and had her sign the paper. No call back after having called multiple times. They charged her for hours that they weren’t even on site! Rent a Home Depot truck instead and save thousands of dollars!

We were moving from one street in west Hartford to another ( 2.5 miles apart). Crew arrived on time but charged us a 45 minute to and from moving charge. Hour and a half transportation charge. It rarely takes longer than 25 minutes one way from their head quarters to my house. Half of the house was already moved ( most of the big stuff and all of the art) we basically had four rooms left. All we boxed up already. Three movers arrived Father / son duo or cousin not sure which one and they were extremely slow.

Moved using this mover. Movers were on time. But be very careful about your valuable things with this movers. I had my sons football shaped piggy bank stolen with this movers. I was very sad as I gave them benefit of doubt as I thought it might have been packed away in the boxes. But I have unpacked everythinng and unfrotunately it was not in any of the boxes. Move was done over two days so I asked all the movers on second day personally if they had seen or taken the piggy bank by mistake.

This company made my life a living hell. I am moving from Connecticut to North Carolina. I called the company 2 weeks before moving. The owner came out, and assessed my house. He quoted me at $5,200. Two days later without a reason, that was changed to $6,500. I have to be out of my house December 15th. Originally they told me they could do the move on the 14th. On December 2nd they changed that to the 9th. Not helpful.

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. After storing our baby grand piano for 7 months, they tried to move it into our new home and dropped it on its keyboard on the stairs. They didn’t use proper moving equipment or a backboard and refused to take responsibility for the accident. They completely destroyed the piano and refused to repair or replace it. After great lengths of arguing, they offered us about $300 but this wouldn’t have even covered the cost to get this piano re-tuned, let alone its repair.

I'm disabled, and handicapped. The movers appeared nice , and said trust us. All I needed was to be packed and moved one flight up... Come to find out that have my stuff and some expensive, brand new items , never made it upstairs, along with my mother and brothers ashes... Being totally taken advantage of, in so many ways, I'm more than heart broken... Can't believe, nor comprehend why ??? They actually wrapped and packed empty boxes, took some of my mother's precious figurines she had got for me over the years.
