Advance Relocation Systems finished our move in 2020 with Atlas. The truck was broke down and off the charts for several days (no one new where it was). When it arrived many items were damaged and in pieces. My biggest complaint was the men took no care to prevent damages to our new home. They did not put down anything to protect the floors and were careless when moving heavier items. I showed the damage to the main man at the time and he denied that it was them.

BE WARNED, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I requested a moving quote for a 5-mile distance for a 1-bedroom apartment. Sandy, the sales representative, quoted me a staggering $1973.45 for the move, which included transferring items from my house to a storage unit 0.9 miles away and then to the new location. Additionally, she repeatedly asked for my information and still managed to spell it incorrectly on the quote. I found a competitor offering the same service for a third of the price.

My wife and I are diplomats that have been in the United States on a diplomatic rotation for four years. This isn't our first rodeo. Literally, the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. Absolutely zero communication about where my stuff was or when it would arrive. They sent a truck that was too small so they had to strap a good number of things TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK. No shock at all, they lost a bike. We feel really badly for this client, but unfortunately we do not control the guidelines for the timing of filing claims with the insurance in these scenarios. Once the insurance denied the claim, this situation clearly became untenable for the client.

I can’t say enough good things about ARS!! Bryan and his crew Dayvion, Andrew, Jaxson and Trenten showed up on time and ready to work!! They emptied out a home that we had lived in for 40 years in 3 hours. They were polite and respectful and did anything we requested. I would tell anyone who’s looking for a mover to use ARS.

I had a wonderful experience with ARS! The crew I worked with was phenomenal, diligent and efficient. They were done in 5 hours and that includes packing & unpacking.
