Dont rent from them. After 6 months my storage unit was broken into. Damaged furniture and stolen valuables. They called me at the beginning of August saying theres no lock on my unit for some reason but there was a lock on it 2 and a half …
Used them to store a vehicle for 1 month and 9 days. It was a smooth process getting registered but I will say there is a hidden registration fee that isn't obviously displayed on the website. They told me I could pay a pro-rated amount for the second month since it was only 9 days as long as I gave them at least 2 days notice before the month rolled over. I gave them like a week's notice and they confirmed saying they will only charge me $73 at the start of the next month.
On my first day there, I completed all the required application forms, My customer service representative, Sanjay told me the application needed manager approval. After waiting a day and a half, I received a phone call saying they could not rent to me for some reasons. When I asked for clarification, no clear explanation was given. I 100% confident that my credit is excellent ( credit score 890)f and I never missed or paid a bill late.

Prices went up and quality of service went down when Advanced took over this location. Vehicles are crammed in super tight now, sometimes blocking the roadway. Was becoming a hassle, I ended up leaving this place. And when I tried to politely point out some areas that could be improved or dealt with I received a somewhat rude and nonsensical response from management. Untrustworthy. They are keen to get you to sign and then start putting restrictions once you have started. I had made them aware of my purpose in renting the storage and they were silent about any challenges till the day I started using the facility. I am now forced to move somewhere else. Absolute waste of my resources and time. Avoid them.

Exactly what I needed. Convenient, clean, and very secure. Sanjay was a real pro in setting things up. The convenience of driving up and rolling open the storage is bar none the best way to access storage. Highly recommend.
