A few days before our move, we contacted Zoom Moving as customers and trusted them with one of the most stressful and important days of our lives. We organized everything around the time they confirmed for us. We packed our entire home, emptied our fridge, prepared everything for the move, and reserved the elevator in our new building strictly from 2 PM to 4 PM because that was the only available time slot.

Extremely disappointing experience with Zoom Moving. My move was fully booked and confirmed. Only 20 minutes before the scheduled moving time, I called to check on the truck's arrival. I was then told that their truck had been involved in an accident and that they would not be able to complete my move. When I asked for any proof or details regarding the incident, none were provided. This last-minute cancellation caused major problems.

Extremely unreliable company. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, this is not a company I would trust with an important move or any time-sensitive commitment. Anyone considering hiring this company should do thorough research and compare several other options before making a decision. Reliability and accountability are critical in the moving industry, and unfortunately, I did not experience either. Very disappointing experience.

I recently used Zoom moving and I was so pleased having zoom team as my allocated team. They deserve a 5 star review. They respected my property, individually wrapped my things and they made sure everything was removed and delivered in immaculate condition. They were punctual, courteous and hard working. I contracted these guys to help move from my apartment to a condo in the same city. The team arrived early and worked fast. All of my things made it through the move safe with no bumps or scrapes. If you are moving house, I recommend asking for a bigger truck than you think you need, as I got the small truck we had to take two trips. Zoom movers are adaptable professionals that I could easily recommend to anyone.
