Do not book with this company! They low ball so you agree to their services and then send inexperienced movers who take triple the estimated time for your move! More details about our experience this past weekend below. Mr. Maple Moving misrepresented the service we would receive. The move from our 2 bedroom + den apartment took over 10 hours. The estimated time was 3-3.5 hours and it took triple that time. This resulted in a significantly higher bill than estimated.

I booked Mr Maple Moving almost 2 months in advance with a 9am start. At 11am I received a text, stating transmission issues, along with a photo of a puddle under a truck. Robbie said it would take a couple of hours to fix. I don't know what transmission issue could be fixed in a couple of hours. I never heard from them again, they didn't even offer to refund the $50 deposit. I wonder if they triple book and use the deposit funds to earn more? I had to use a last minute moving company that cost a lot more money.

Would give a zero star if I could. I booked the Saturday prior, they were quick to accept and then I tried calling all week and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Left a message, no response. Moving day on the following Friday came around and no movers showed up and I have yet to hear back from the company. Don't book with these movers, you won't be moving.
Good morning Mr Sav, thank you for sharing your booking experience. To organize our calendar schedule we require a booking deposit to guarantee any moving date. With all respect Mr Sav we never received a booking deposit, which we require to avoid double bookings.

My partner and I booked this moving company well in advance of our move and scheduled the elevator times for both apartments around the availability that they advised us. Two hours before the move they called and said that they were not coming with no compensation or any other alternatives. We already paid $600 in elevator fees to rent at a certain time.

Mr Maple provided excellent professional and hassle free moving for me and my family. From pre sales, Robbie was very communicative and transparent with the cost and expectations. He was very responsive to every question and patient no matter goes mundane the issues are. Costs was fair and did not have any hidden cost. He was upfront and even recommended ways for us to manage our cost. During the move itself, Rahel and Kaiwan were nothing but professional. They were patient and very careful with our things.

I informed Robbie that the client won't be able to afford the costs. That information did not deter Robbie from accommodating the individual's needs. I find it refreshing to see a company that reaches out to meet the needs of the community in which they operate without always thinking of the bottom line.
