Extremely poor experience and STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST. AFD charged us 20K to move from Irvine to CT but not only did they LOSE HALF OUR STUFF (said it’s stuck on highway), only one person showed up (promised 3) helping us move. He DUMPED all our stuff in middle of the house and left! We argued and he said AFD did not pay him for overtime so he left. This is by far the worst experience and I highly question all the comments here!!!
I will never pay by the hour again , it was so stressful watching them wrap every piece of my furniture three to four times then wrapping in blankets and then taping the blankets to the furniture, it would of been fine just using the moving …

The movers disconnected our washer and did not turn off the water all the way. The water has leaked throughout the ceiling from the second floor. AFD has stated that they are not liable. We are seeking legal advice
However,we would like to remind you that at the time of rescheduling your move, our team clearly informed you that we do not handle the disconnection or reconnection of washing machines or any other water-related appliances.
I recently hired ADF Movers for an interstate move, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I was charged for the work despite the incomplete service.
If you have small apartment, this is not the place to go. They were unable to give me a quote, they said they only worked with 3 bedrooms and up. Weird

They packed everything carefully into boxes, listened to every instruction I gave them, and even remembered all the little details throughout the move. They worked incredibly fast while still taking great care of all of my belongings. Everyone on the team was kind, professional, and polite, which made a stressful moving day so much easier. They were amazing. They showed up within their arrival window, were extremely communicative and accommodating. We finished a 1-bedroom size storage including a bed and couch within 1.5 hrs. I would highly recommend.
