STOLEN MONEY and other items! Do not use these movers.We hired this moving service to move us 5 minutes away from where we lived, the movers seemed nice but unfortunately things took a turn… we noticed through the day the started to not follow certain directions (broke tree in front of our house, shoes all over carpet, leaving messes), once they left we realized that not only had they stolen $500+, but a number of our furniture was just not delivered. We don’t know if it broke ( some was glass) or what.

I used this company in the past and they did great so when I chose them for my most recent move I expected nothing but the best. I was heavily disappointed this time around however. The movers took 3 hours longer than they did before moving exactly the same furniture. On multiple occasions I saw them standing around talking to my neighbors and the driver who was waiting for them in the truck.

I do not recommend this company. These individuals use a very poor tactic of bait and switch to increase the cost you have to pay at the end of the move. I recently used this service to help move my family. When I spoke to Mellissa initially, she gave me a very fair and upfront cost for the move that made the deal enticing. After double checking all the details over serval days before the move, (I literally called almost everyday), we were all set for the service.

If I could give Maison Moving 0 stars I would. Don't go through this moving company if you have any sentimental items because they simply don't care about your stuff. After 4 months from using their services to move things into my storage unit I found several things that were broken or damaged. My nightstand broken in the back. Box with glass cups broken. The most heartbreaking thing that they broke and seem to have no remorse over is my brother's and my dog's urns were broken with the ashes now mixed together.

Stored my furniture for 5 yrs at a 120.00 per month, only received half my furniture with no refund. Spoke to Daniel and he told me sorry I wouldn't trust this company at all. I am 74, live on a social security budget so I can afford to buy more furniture

I have used Maison Moving & Storage 5x within last 2 years. They did a good job, except for last move. Edward A and Martin M were my movers on 5th move. They did not use blankets or plastic wrap on anything. They simply loaded 1 bedroom of furniture, bed frame, mattress, TV, chest of drawers, bed drawer, etc into truck. They didn't protect anything. All the other 4x times, movers used blankets and plastic wrap and carried items individually. My TV was destroyed.

Let me start by saying we have used this moving company 3 previous times when they were under their previous name and these were local moves. We just had a long distance move within California and it was a terrible experience. The booking process went well, and I sent pictures of everything we had. The movers did a walk through to see what all was to be loaded and then started to load up. The guys worked quickly and seemed to do a good job.

I moved out of state and used Maison Moving to help me move. They helped me pack my stuff into boxes and then packed the boxes into pods that were shipped across the country. They were extremely slow and very expensive. The charged me probably twice what it should have cost. However, the real shocker came when i got to my new location and unpacked my boxes. Thousands of dollars worth of my stuff was missing. I had been busy in one room packing and had not been able to keep my eye on four people at once.
