I’m genuinely surprised by all the glowing reviews for this company. Our experience was the complete opposite. We hired them to move the contents of our one-bedroom apartment into a house, and from the moment the movers arrived, things started going downhill. One of them had a noticeable bad attitude right off the bat, which set the tone for the entire move. Here’s what we were told by their service department beforehand: 1. The move would take approximately 4 hours (it didn’t). 2.
Avoid if you can. Used them the first time and had a good experience like most so I decided to used them again because they gave us a discount. Well the second time, they broke some of our items, items came up missing, and they ran into our apartments gate, so when management called the police, turned out the driver did NOT have a drivers license so they impounded the moving truck with our things on it and we were still being charged for the time they took with dealing with the police rather than moving our items.
Movers WORST! Nightmare experience!!Truck provided was too small for a 2K sq ft house and not enough movers. The house was packed & ready to go and one room already empty. Movers didn't leave until midnight, had to abandon furniture, & rent a truck and laborers to salvage what we could. Called and called but no response from management AND moving crew said they do this all the time! Horrific experience!! Stay away!
I had a really bad experience with this moving company. I had packed all my belongings into boxes, nothing particularly big or heavy. I thought two people would be enough for the job, since when I moved in, the whole thing had taken two people 4 hours. but it took them 6 hours to load the truck, so I called to complain at around hour 4 saying they were lifting one box at a time, placing it on a hand truck, then slowly walking down the hall with 1-2 boxes at a time.
Honestly an awful experience. I was quoted for a 3 hour minimum for a STUDIO of stuff into a 1br, and the movers took 5 HOURS! This was even after I told them I did not have the money to extend, and helped them MYSELF by moving a lot my own …

This was my second time using this company for a local move and I will use them for my next move, which will be out of state. Communication, scheduling and follow up prior to the move is outstanding. On the day of the move, the crew arrived on time after alerting me they were in route. They are professional and thorough. Igor and his crew were efficient and completed the move with no issues. We used 4 guys and they completed a very nearby 3 bedroom move from a 2 story to a 2 story in under 5 hours.

We had a great experience from day 1! Emily took her time going over estimating our move with the pricing and expectations and did a thorough inspection via video call to make it easier for us. She then followed up with us to go over quote and assure us what we could expect with our move. A couple days before Emily followed up to confirm our move and time of arrival. Alex & and packing crew of 3 contacted us and arranged arrival the morning of our move. They arrived on time ready to go.

Called them on short notice and they arrived the next day, on time, and were very professional. I didn't have a houseful of items but they were soooo helpful. We moved my items to a storage unit....for now. I'm so glad I called because I can't imagine doing it all on my own. They treated my belongings with care and were efficient with their work and had good communication regarding what was being moved and my preferences. Super happy with the service and will be saving the company contact for future.
