This is my first review ever. I am taking the time to write this review because of the horrible experience I had with this company. My house hold goods were scheduled to be picked up on a tuesday, when the truck arrived they told me that they went over weight on the previous move and did not have enough room on the truck for our stuff. This meant we would have to do an overflow shipment. That wasnt too big of a deal to me. Affiliated said that they would be by the pick up the overflow at around 1pm.
Giving these deadbeats 1 star is a compliment. My wife's review is in her former name which is why the owners say they can't identify her, if they want to check again, they can look up Sally Ray. Also the name of the so called "manager" that called the crew off was named Stacy. I was loading things in my truck the whole time my wife was on the phone with her, and although she was upset with them, she was not cussing or yelling at her. Actually her review is very nice.

One of the worst shipping company I have ever encountered. Well, first of all, I need to clarify: the shippers were very friendly and helpful and had the curtesy to call me an hour before they arrived to deliver . HOWEVER, customer service was absolutely horrible. The moment you run into a issue with your shipment, not only were they not understanding, they were actually rude!

Pack date 25 August 2016 Unfortunately being that I am military I didn't choose my movers. This is the second time I have been moved by the military and the first time was phenomenal and I was moving a 3 bed 2 bath apartment and they were so amazing!! This time I am only moving a barracks room. Which is basically a master bedroom and I already have two boxes that are already packed because I didn't unpack them myself. First of all, they were supposed to contact me the day or two prior to the pack date, Thursday.
STAY AWAY! If you are military, do a dity or partial dity or whatever. If you're not military, find another company. Do not use this company! I could write a lot here but I'd be here all day. In 20 years of being moved around, this company was the worst I had experienced. I only moved 5 minutes up the road...I can only imagine somewhere out of state. I can not imagine actually paying for a service like this either. My experience with them was terrible and in the end I just wanted them out of my house. That is all.

Absolutely no stars!! Horrible at everything. After being scheduled for two weeks. Their Guys overslept so they were more than an hour late. When I called to complain,they were not willing to work with me in any way. Putting my family in a bad spot. Then at the last minute the manager called off her workers because they felt they could not work with me because I was upset. Well yeah I was upset!! Who wouldn't be? I wouldn't let my worst enemy use this company. Don't waste your time.

I'm a driver that has to deliver on Saturdays sometimes. Your employees were working on the Saturday I came in to get a reweigh heavy weight and your warehouse manager is rude and says no weights on Saturday !! And didn't even care about me …
